Two rules we can't route around

Red line #1

No autonomous send

AI produces drafts. A person sends. This is the only deterministic barrier against an AI failure reaching your customer. Unlike probabilistic guardrails, it cannot be prompted away.

Red line #2

PII removed before any model call

Phone numbers, handles and names are pseudonymised before conversation content reaches an external language model, enforced at a single chokepoint in the code, covered by tests. A legal requirement under the KR Digital Code, not a preference.

Data isolated per organisation · contacts masked by default · support access expires.
